CozyErgo Studio wants you to be confident when purchasing ergonomic home office guides through movementspineie.ddd. This Return Policy explains refunds, cancellations, and remedies for digital products sold to customers in Finland and the European Union.
Digital Guide Products
Our products are digital educational materials delivered electronically, including the Posture-First Desk Planner, Standing Desk Transition Playbook, and Complete Home Office Blueprint. Because files can be copied upon delivery, statutory withdrawal rights for digital content may end once download begins with your express consent at purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from distance contracts without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged loss of withdrawal right, the fourteen-day period may not apply after delivery starts. We clearly communicate this before checkout confirmation.
When Refunds Apply
You may receive a full or partial refund when:

- You were charged incorrectly or duplicate charges occurred.

When Refunds Are Limited
Refunds are generally not granted when you have successfully downloaded the full guide, changed your mind about furniture choices, or expected outcomes that depend on personal implementation. Dissatisfaction with subjective fit of generic ergonomic advice does not automatically qualify for refund if the content matches its description.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Refund Processing

Bundle and Team Orders
Multi-seat or corporate bundle licenses are subject to the agreement quoted at sale. Partial refunds for unused seats may be considered within thirty days if no files were distributed to additional users.
Chargebacks
Please contact CozyErgo Studio before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Unfounded chargebacks may affect future orders.
Consumer Advice
Finnish consumers may contact the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority for general guidance. EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
Changes
We may update this Return Policy to reflect new products or legal requirements. The date above indicates the current version. Orders are governed by the policy in effect at purchase unless law requires otherwise.
Defective Digital Content
Under EU Directive 2019/770 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content, you are entitled to have defective content brought into conformity, receive a proportionate price reduction, or terminate the contract when conformity cannot be achieved. CozyErgo Studio will offer a corrected file or alternative remedy before considering termination.
Record Keeping
We retain order confirmations and correspondence related to returns for the periods stated in privacy.html to demonstrate compliance with consumer protection rules and resolve disputes about guide delivery.
